B&k Precision Sweep function generator covering 0.5 MHz to 4 MHz. Output amplitude adjustable from 0.1 Vpp to 10 Vpp into 50 ohms with -20 dB attenuation. Rise/fall time less than 90 ns, frequency accuracy better than 0.02% ±1 digit. Used for frequency-response testing of circuits, filters, and amplifiers.
