The B&K PRECISION 4014B is a DDS function generator with sweep function, covering 0.01 Hz to 12 MHz. It delivers 20 mVpp to 20 Vpp (open circuit) with amplitude flatness of ±1 dB to 12 MHz and rise/fall time less than 20 nsec (10%-90%) at full amplitude into 50 ohm. Frequency accuracy is 0.01% ±0.006 Hz. Unit includes a power cord.
