The Eldon James C8-4WP is a barbed x barbed coupling made of polypropylene, sold in a 10-pack. It connects a 1/2 in ID tube to a 1/4 in ID tube. Polypropylene offers good chemical resistance and is suitable for temperatures up to 82 °C. No additional sealing is required for standard use.

To install, cut the tube ends square and push each onto the barbed end until fully seated. For polypropylene, heating the tube end slightly with a heat gun can ease assembly. No thread sealant or clamps are typically needed for low-pressure applications. Always verify tube ID matches the barb size before assembly.
