It offers adjustable emissivity from 0.10–1.00, MAX/MIN/AVG/DIFF calculation modes, high/low alarm, a backlit LCD, auto-scan and auto power-off, and runs on 1 × 9V battery for 10 hours continuous use with laser and backlight on. The lasers are FDA and IEC Class II, and the unit is certified to IEC EN 61326-1:2006 and EN608251:1994+A2:2001+A1:2002.
