The MEM-CO Barbed Fitting Adapter connects 1/16 in ID flexible tubing to a 1/4 in FNPT threaded pipe port. It is used in industrial fluid systems for air, water, or low-pressure liquid transfer where a leak-resistant, push-on connection is needed.

Wrap the FNPT threads with PTFE tape and hand-tighten into the female port. Push the tubing fully onto the beaded barb until seated. For secure retention, use a hose clamp on the barb if system pressure exceeds 1.5 bar. Do not overtighten the threaded connection.
