It has a 1/4 in NPT Female back connection. Certificate of calibration is not included. It is designed for medium and high operating pressures.

Install the MIDWEST INSTRUMENT Model 142 gauge by connecting the 1/4 in NPT Female back ports to the high- and low-pressure lines.
