To install a TIMKEN eccentric collar flange bearing, first slide the bearing onto the shaft and align the mounting holes. Tighten the bolts to the recommended torque for a 7/16 in fastener. Then rotate the eccentric collar in the direction of shaft rotation to lock it, and secure the collar setscrew. Lubricate per NLGI #2 equivalent grease specifications.
