OEM Vibration damper 3/8"

The OEM 3/8 inch vibration damper is a refrigeration-line component designed to reduce vibration transmission in refrigeration lines and compressor connections. It combines Cu-DHP copper tubing with stainless steel braiding, a stainless steel outer ring and a stainless steel tube.

Maximum service pressure is 13 500 psiG and maximum peak pressure is 2500 psiG. Per the OEM instructions, the copper tube is extended from both ends of the corrugated pipe, and the sleeves protect the clamp collar on the extended copper tubes while reducing cross-sectional area during argon-arc welding. Use an automatic argon-arc welding machine to avoid defects from manual welding, and use internal welding at both copper tube ends to avoid leak points caused by normal external welding.
