This\n Shaft rotation\ncavity has been designed to give maximum heat transfer from the heater to the oil\n and nozzle location\nin the pump avoiding any direct contact between the heater cartridge and the oil. (seen from shaft end)\nThe heating cartridge can be fitted either by right-hand side or by left-hand side.\n A : clockwise rotation/\nThe preheater should be connected for a period of time prior to starting the pump.\n right hand nozzle.\nWhen the right temperature is reached, it can be switched off or left permanently\n C : anti clockwise rotation/\nswitched on to maintain fluid oil in the pump during the periodic burner shut-downs.\n left hand nozzle\nThe oil supply, pipes and filters must be separately heated.\nPUMP OPERATING PRINCIPLE Pressure range\nThe gear set draws oil from the tank through the built-in filter and transfers it to\nthe valve that regulates the oil pressure to the nozzle line. All oil that does not go\nthrough the nozzle line will be by-passed through the valve back to the return line E 4 N C K 1069 8 P\nin two pipe installation or, if it is a one-pipe installation, back to the suction port in\nthe gear-set. In that case, the by-pass plug must be removed from the return port\nand the return port sealed by steel plug and washer. 1069 : body with preheater cavity;\nBleed : model without cut-off function\nDuring the starting period, air is purged through the nozzle line : the by-pass hole of 1070 : body with preheater cavity;\nthe nozzle plug allows air to pass to the nozzle line without opening of the regulator model with cut-off function\nvalve.\n Revision number\nFor the first start up, bleeding can be accelerated by loosening the plug in the\npressure gauge port.\n Installation\nNote :\n P : by-pass plug installed in return port\nModels 1069 have no cut-off function. Cut-off must be provided by an external\n for two-pipe operation\nsolenoid valve.\n\n\n\n Vacuum\n Inlet gauge port\n Oil under suction\n\n\n Oil under pressure Gear set\n\n By-passed oil\n returned to tank,\n or to suction\n\n\n\n\n Back\n to suction\n\n Pressure\n To nozzle\n adjustment\n\n By-pass\n plug By-pass\n removed plug\n inserted\n ONE PIPE TWO PIPE\n Return INSTALLATION INSTALLATION\n plugged\n Return\n\n SUNTEC INDUSTRIES FRANCE - 1, rue Lavoisier - CS 60 102 - F-21603 LONGVIC Cedex - www.suntec.fr\n\f Pump capacity\nTECHNICAL DATA\n Capacity (L/h)\nGeneral\nMounting Flange mounting according to EN 225.\nConnection threads Cylindrical (according to ISO 228/1)\nInlet and return G 1/2\nNozzle outlet G 1/4\nPressure gauge port G 1/8\nVacuum gauge port G 1/2\nValve function Pressure regulating and cut-off (except for models\n 1069)\nStrainer Open area : 45 cm²\n Opening size : 550 µm\nShaft Ø 11mm according to EN 225.\nBy-pass plug Inserted in return port for 2 pipe system;\n to be removed with a 3/16\" Allen key for 1 pipe\n system.
