IDENTIFICATION\n (Not all model combinations are available\nThe SUNTEC AE oil pump is the basic model incorporating a pressure regulating valve.\n Consult your Suntec representative)\nIt does not have a cut-off feature, this allows purging of air through the nozzle line.\n AE : basic valve\n without cut-off\nCOMPATIBILITY\n V : B100 Application\n- Domestic oil, HVO, B100 (biofuel blend with the addition up to 100% FAME, as Gear set capacity\ndefined in DIN SPEC 51603-6 and EN 14214), kerosene. (see pump capacity curves)\n- One or two-pipe system.\n Shaft rotation\n- System with in-line solenoid valve to assure cut-off function. and nozzle location\n (seen from shaft end)\nPUMP OPERATING PRINCIPLE A : clockwise rotation /\n right hand nozzle.\nThe gear set draws oil from the tank through the built-in filter and transfers it to the B : clockwise rotation /\n left hand nozzle.\nvalve that regulates the oil pressure to the nozzle line. C : anti clockwise rotation\nAll oil which does not go through the nozzle line will be by-passed through the valve left hand nozzle.\nback to the return line, in a two pipe installation or, if it is a one-pipe installation, back D : anti clockwise rotation /\n right hand nozzle.\nto the suction port in the gear-set. In that case the by-pass plug must be removed\nfrom the return port and the return port sealed by steel plug and washer. K : Kerosene applications\n\nBleed\n AE V 47 C K 1 3 xx 6 P\nBleeding in two pipe operation is automatic.\nIn one pipe operation, during the starting period, air is purged through the nozzle Pump series\n 1000 : standard\nline : the by-pass hole of the nozzle plug allows air to pass to the nozzle line without\n 7000 : with side\nopening of the regulator valve. pressure ports\nFor the first start up, bleeding can be accelerated by loosening the plug in a pressure\n 2 : hub Ø 54 mm\ngauge port. 3 : hub Ø 32 mm\nNote\n Model number\nOwing to the presence of the nozzle by-pass hole, the pump has no cut-off function.\nCut-off must be provided by an external solenoid valve (as mentioned in the paragraph Revision number\nAPPLICATIONS). Installation\n P : by-pass plug installed in return port\n for two-pipe operation.\n M : without by-pass plug, return plugged\n for one-pipe operation.\n\n\n\n\n Oil under suction\n Pressure\n adjustment To nozzle\n Oil under pressure By-pass hole\n\n By-passed oil Shaft seal\n returned to tank,\n or to suction Pressure\n gauge port\n Back\n to suction Gear set\n\n\n Vacuum\n gauge port\n\n By-pass\n plug By-pass\n removed plug\n inserted\n Return TWO PIPE\n ONE PIPE Return Inlet\n plugged\n INSTALLATION INSTALLATION\n\n\n\n SUNTEC INDUSTRIES FRANCE - 1, rue Lavoisier - CS 60 102 - F-21603 LONGVIC Cedex - www.suntec.fr\n\f TECHNICAL DATA Pump capacity\n Capacity (L/h)\nGeneral\nMounting Flange or hub according to EN 225\nConnection threads Cylindrical according to ISO 228/1\n\n\n\n\n Ref: SK108- 15/12/01; SK316 - 27/01/07\nInlet and return G 1/4 (with facilities for conical sealing on revision 6\n model)\nNozzle outlet G 1/8\nPressure gauge ports G 1/8\nVacuum gauge port G 1/8\nValve function Pressure regulating without cut-off\nStrainer Open area : 6 cm² (AE 47/47K, 57/57K, 67/67K)\n 20 cm² (AE 77/77K, 97/97K)\n Opening size : 150 µm\nShaft Ø 8 mm according to EN 225\nBy-pass plug Inserted in return port for two-pipe system; Pressure (bars)\n to be removed with a 4 mm Allen key for one-pipe\n system.
