IDENTIFICATION\n (Not all model combinations are available.\nThe SUNTEC AP3 oil pump offers 2 mode pressure operation without cut-off\n Consult your Suntec representative)\nfunction, plus a special hydraulic outlet on the cover featuring nozzle pressure\nduring high mode and dumping during low mode. Switching between low and\n Pump for two stage operation\nhigh modes is assured by an integral solenoid valve. (one nozzle line and two pressure modes)\n without cut-off\nCOMPATIBILITY\n- Domestic oil, HVO, B100 (biofuel blend with the addition up to 100% 3 : Special pressure outlet on cover\nFAME, as defined in DIN SPEC 51603-6 and EN 14214), kerosene.\n V : B100 applications\n- Two firing rates (with a sole nozzle line).\n- Hydraulic requirement in high mode only. Gear set capacity\n- One or two-pipe system. (see pump capacity curve)\n- System with in-line solenoid valve for cut-off.\n Shaft rotation\nPUMP OPERATING PRINCIPLE and nozzle location\n (seen from shaft end)\nThe gear set draws oil from the tank through the built-in filter and transfers it C : anti clockwise rotation/\nto the nozzle line. Pressure regulation is assured by two spool valves, one for \t\t left hand nozzle.\neach pressure mode. Pump series\nSwitching between low and high pressure is assured by a \"normally open\" 5 : hub Ø 32 mm\nby-pass solenoid valve. When this solenoid is non-activated, a by-pass channel Model number\nis open, allowing the normal functioning of the low pressure valve which sets the\nnozzle pressure. When this solenoid is activated, the by-pass channel is closed,\n AP 3 V 45 C 9 5 xx 4 P 07 00\nthus pressure will build up on both sides of the low pressure valve eliminating\nits effect, and the high pressure valve now determines the nozzle pressure. Revision number\nIn two pipe operation, the by-pass plug must be fitted in the return port, which\nensures that the oil dumped by the regulating valves is returned to the tank Installation\n P : by-pass plug installed\nand the suction line flow is equal to the gear set capacity. Bleeding in two pipe\n for two-pipe operation\noperation is automatic (it is assured by a bleed flat on the pistons), but it may\nbe accelerated by opening a pressure port. Solenoid coil voltage\nIn one pipe operation, the by-pass plug must be removed, and the return 05/07 : 220-240 V AC ; 50/60 Hz\nplugged. Oil which is not required at the nozzle is returned directly to the gear\ninlet via the pressure regulating valves, and the suction line flow is equal to Connector cable length\nthe nozzle flow. 00 : no cable\nA pressure port must be opened to bleed the system. 35 : 35 cm - 45 : 45 cm\n 60 : 60 cm - 10 : 1 m\nSPECIAL FEATURE\nCover pressure port only gives pressure in high mode. In low mode it features\ndumping pressure.\n By-pass solenoid valve By-pass solenoid valve\n (NO) closed (NO) open\n (High mode) (Low mode)\n\n Dumping\n Nozzle pressure\n pressure outlet\n outlet\n Low pressure\n adjustment to nozzle\n\n\n\n\n High pressure Pressure\n adjustment outlet or Back\n Gear set pressure to suction\n gauge port Shaft seal\n\n Oil under suction\n\n Oil under pressure Vacuum\n gauge port By-pass By-pass\n By-passed oil plug plug\n returned to tank TWO PIPE inserted removed\n ONE PIPE Return\n or to suction INSTALLATION\n Inlet Return INSTALLATION plugged\n\n SUNTEC INDUSTRIES FRANCE - 1, rue Lavoisier - CS 60 102 - F-21603 LONGVIC Cedex - www.suntec.fr\n\f TECHNICAL DATA\n Pump capacity\n Capacity (l/h)\n General\n Mounting Hub mounting according to EN 225\n Connection threads cylindrical according to ISO 228/1\n Inlet and return G 1/4\n Nozzle outlet G 1/8\n Pressure outlet G 1/8\n Pressure gauge port G 1/8\n Vacuum gauge port G 1/8\n Valve function Pressure regulation, no cut-off\n Strainer open area : 6 cm2\n opening size : 150 µm\n Shaft Ø 8 mm according to EN 225\n By-pass plug inserted in return port for two-pipe system ;\n to be removed from return port with a 4 mm Allen key\n for one pipe system.
